Worst mobile pay service ever! I used this app for my biggest event of the year. I spent weeks inputting products to speed the checkout process. I used it for my sales all weekend, then went to download my sales data, and Bank of America decided to delete and reinstall my account on Monday because THEY had set it up wrong in the first place! I lost all records for thousands of dollars worth of sales. It took me weeks to sort out and guess what I had sold at the event. I'm STILL paying a monthly fee for this service a YEAR later, because no one can figure out how to close my merchant services account!! DO NOT USE THIS! They don't know how to do setup, troubleshooting or customer service on their own product and will just keep charging you for it! I can't begin to tell you how many hours I've spent trying to get this sorted out and closed down!
Worst app for credit card procesing
I used this app for over a year and all i have is cons. It is hard to search for your transactions, you will not be able to see the emails or phone numbers that your customers input, your customers will not be able to see the screens in bright days, you will have to call from a different phone for support, and well I could really keep going with a huge list to why there are so many better options for us mobile businesses. Get ready to go through layers of privacy and security junk that instead of making it easy make the experience of receiving payments It makes the experience costly and a waste of time. Support is not good at all. When i had a problem i knew better to find the solution on my own.
Ways to go to compete with square
I have been using square for almost 2 years and started using bofa to try to save on fees. And no trouble with connecting as I'm in a wifi network. My main complaint is the custom tip screen is completely messed up in my iPhone 6. The keyboard to type is not on the correct part of the screen and covers what I would guess is the enter key as it is no where to be found. So I have to go back and manually change the total and re-swipe the card. The tips are also listed but not the percentages so the customer has no idea what the boxes mean.
