MobileNoter is a powerful and multifunctional note taking application which is able to sync with Microsoft OneNote. Although you can use MobileNoter as a standalone application to take and store your notes, its real power comes into play when you use it jointly with Microsoft Office OneNote. Now all your Microsoft OneNote data is available on your iPhone.
This one of the best note taking app lets you:
>>Have ассеss to all your OneNote data wherever you are:
OneNote sync allows you to view and edit your MS OneNote notebooks on iPhone. Your pages in the app look exactly the same way as in MS OneNote. Furthermore, formatting and layout are preserved.
>> Create new pages, edit or delete them
You can edit existing pages, format text as you like (change font size, color, create lists), create new or delete existing pages. MobileNoter allows you to make handwriting notes and to draw in your notes due to inking feature.
>> Work with multimedia files:
MobileNoter lets you create audio recordings and play them in your notes. You can add, move and delete images on your pages, take text notes and attach pictures to them (Quick Notes).
>> Use two-way sync with MS OneNote: cloud and Wi-Fi sync:
MobileNoter has two types of license: Cloud Edition and Wi-Fi Edition. The main difference between them is that Cloud synchronization is performed through the server and the Wi-Fi synchronization is done directly with your PC.

Happy to Troubled to Disappointed and Bitter
Like many negative reviewers, I had good productivity, syncing and support response (for about a year or so). Then their updates came and my Apps on iPhone and iPad completely froze…The desktop client app doesn't seem to work when they roll out upgrades. And then hours of troubleshooting, following directions, deleting apps, temp files, etc… and NOTHING. After a while, support just stopped responding to me in a timely way. I travel around the country and have to give presentations all the time and all my client history were in my notebooks…for me, not having access to my data on all my devices means I cannot prepare in cracks of time (in airports, cabs etc….). The support teams and accounts would not even give me a partial refund of my subscription…even though I proved it was not my devices and had been patient for months. On a good note, this app is spectacular (when it works) to allow launching of embedded docs… The OneNote app cannot do this and that's important for many. My solution?: I use OneNote app and have synced my notebooks to Skydrive (free from Microsoft). It's always updated and now I don't attach so many files to my notebooks.
This is why I don't like "app store"
A new age of digital delivery and automatic operating system upgrades, coupled with millions of amateur developers being able to sell their wares, has exposed consumers to situations where they will spend money on a product which can be rendered useless by an iOS upgrade. The customer then has no opportunity for a refund, the developer is not made to bring their app into compliance, and Apple does not even take the software off the App Store to prevent others from wasting their hard earned money. This is one of those apps. I paid $15 for the wifi version of this program and it does not work.
Loved it before iOS6
I hated the Microsoft onenote app because I hate having to use sky drive and much prefer syncing my phone directly to my computer. Mobile noter is a little slow, but overall I loved it way more than the OneNote app. But now that I've switched to iOS 6, it doesn't work anymore! It refuses to sync now, and crashes every time. Super sad because I think I'll have to go back to OneNote app now :(
The new update that was released to make mobile noter compatible with iOS 6 failed to help anything for me. App still consistently crashes.
