Mobility, the Jive softphone, allows users to access Jive’s full line of basic VoIP features from any iOS device. Use Mobility like you would use your desk IP phone to make and receive calls, transfer, check voicemail, and more. The Mobility softphone is the perfect complement to your Jive VoIP service.

[iPhone] Contact Image
Previously Jive Mobility either displayed or hid an image of your contacts during a call, but now Jive Mobility iPhone Edition has three options: Don't show, Full Screen or Small Avatar (see the screenshot). Go to Settings > Preferences > Contact Image to change.
On iPad, Jive Mobility remains to have two options: show (on) or hide (off).
"Search Bar" has been removed from the “Select Your Color” screen due to a change in design.

This version uses the OPUS codec Version 1.1.
The Best Effort option for Encrypt Audio (using SRTP) has been added. Under “Account Advanced”.
This version has a fix for disappearing contacts, which occurs on iOS 7.1 beta 2.

Higher Resolution for Video: Jive Mobility supports a higher resolution for video calls for both H.264 and VP8vcodecs. Go to Preferences > Video Quality to see the new choice "High (VGA)". This option is available on devices manufactured in year 2012 or later. On the iOS devices from year 2013, Jive Mobility uses High (VGA) by default for video calls.
Audio fix on Bluetooth: a user experienced audio issues when making a call. This problem has been resolved.

[iPad Only] MOCET Integration: Jive Mobility 3.0.1 requires the MOCET firmware 2.3.12+. With this version, pressing the “Home” button on MOCET Communicator will launch Jive Mobility on iPad.

New UI: Jive Mobility 3.0.0 has a new user interface. Here are some tips: to view or edit details on an account, tap. To delete an entry in a list such as accounts and contacts, swipe left on this icon; the “Delete” button appears.
Along with the change, "IM View Style" under Preferences has been removed. It will be always Bubble.
Contact Avatars: All the lists now show contact avatars.
Default Value Change: "Use When Available" under Preferences is “On” by default (previously it was off by default).
Looks great. Still needs PUSH functionality.
Great app except it has to run constantly in the background. They should implement PUSH functionality like Groundwire has. Would be really easy since all users of this App use the same VoIP service. Groundwire works with multiple VoIP providers.
I initially thought the new version broke the voicemail waiting badge notification and in-app notification. It would not update vim waiting. I have 10 voicemails waiting, it says "10." The I listen to and delete all of them. In app notification and app badge icon still both say "10." To get rid of it, you have to hard close the app and re open it so it can fully re register to the system. This happens in BOTH the iPad and iPhone app. This fixed it in both apps and it now works. They should mention this in the version notes. Or update instructions.
