The Mojo Helpdesk app allows agents, managers and admins the ability to track and manage customers support tickets from any iOS device. The app for Mojo Helpdesk provides all of the ticket tracking and customer service functionality as the desktop version allowing agents to create, assign, update and resolve tickets on the go. The app is perfect for field service agents working in remote locations or in-office agents that might be away from their desk so that support requests never go amiss. Also allows agents to receive push notifications for incoming tickets and comments added to tickets.
