The app for Mojo Helpdesk provides all of the ticket tracking and customer service functionality as the desktop version allowing agents to create, assign, update and resolve tickets on the go. It's so bad that I actually laughed
You have enter your specific help desk's website EVERY time you use the app. That alone is ridiculous but you also have to log in again! If you have Google 2-step then be prepared for 4-5 screens to look at your tickets anytime you open the app.
By the way... stop trying to make "new" mojo happen. It's clunky, hard to use, has awful Star Wars references and is just confusing. I'm pushing my company hard to switch ticketing systems because of it.
