This update now includes great new features users have been asking for!
1. CUSTOM WORKOUT. Not satisfied with the predefined workouts? Now you can create your own workouts by picking and choosing your favorites out of all the available exercises.
2. SETS AND REPS. Now you can record the reps and sets for each exercise!
3. WORKOUT LOG. As you record your sets and reps for each exercise Mommacise will automatically create a daily log so you can go back and track your progress. If you missed a day, you can even add a workout for a previous date!
4. iPhone 5 support!
Not much variety & requires gym equipment
Clear exercises and how to's, but lacks variety - same set of exercises for an entire trimester, and some require gym equipment. Overall I was disappointed with what I got vs how it was described.
