Amazing even without a baby!
I purchased this app because I have taken classes with Mags & know she is a fabulous teacher. I travel a lot for work so I am always looking for a power workout that I can do on the road or from home. These sessions are so fun & perfect for choosing what area of your body you want to focus on working out even in a short amount of time. I personally do not have a baby but I use her sessions for individual use. I love how condensed they are & easy to pick from. These are perfect for anyone that travels a lot for work & you want to have some great strength building & toning exercises that you can do in your very own hotel room or even at home. LOVE!! Highly recommend!
I love this app I bought a few weeks ago! It is easy for me to find the time for one of the five minute workouts, which I definitely feel the next day. Magdalena's instruction is easy to follow with just the right amount of cues and prompts. The setting is beautiful and her baby and their connection are so cute and sweet. Plus, she is living proof of bouncing back after pregnancy; what better motivation is there?!

Easy to use and clever exercises that work - capturing the same muscle groups you’d work in personal training but with your baby as your motivator!
