Constant problems; terrible customer service


I have been unable to access my account, both through the app and on the website, for months. I have a piggy bank set up, so money is being taken out of my paycheck every week, but I am unable to access that money. Since I can’t log onto my account, I can’t disable to piggy bank account either, which means money will continue to be taken out of my account every week that I have no way to access. I have contacted customer service countless times only to be told the same useless things: There is nothing they can do to stop the piggy bank deposits or transfer that money to my main account and they are ALWAYS working on an update that will ALWAYS be done in a day or two. This has been going on for months. The last update was done over a month ago. I was promised it would fix my issues. It didn’t. Obviously another update needs to be done. And fast. I have never been so disappointed by an app or a company and their customer service.



Nothing but lies from this company. The website stated that one can make atm withdrawals of 500 per day and if you use the atms they recommend there will be no fees. ABSOLUTE LIES! I withdrew $400 at 9pm and waited until the next morning to take out the rest for my rent. It declined and only allowed me to take out $100. I look at my account and I’ve been charge nine different time for atm fees. Customer service is an absolute joke. Repeating what I said and basically telling me I can only be refunded for five of the transactions and that there’s a fee whenever you use an atm, the app says the exact opposite! Then I’m told to “make sure that I know what I’m doing next time.” The first rep didn’t even know what the daily withdrawal limit was! When I repeatedly asked why it says there are no fees (which is a lie) if we use certain atms but I was still charged fees all they can say is we’re sorry but basically we can take your money and there’s nothing you can do about it but not use the card! You will give me my money you liars!



Why is it that NUMEROUS people have complained about the extremely unnecessary login process to have to give your birth date every single time you login, and there hasn't been any upgrade for this yet? FINGER PRINT SIGN IN!! These people must not care at all?? I hate this app so much man... Why isn't there an option to give zero stars?????

Update: The app has gotten rid of the birthdate sign in but still no fingerprint touch login. I am pleased with the piggy bank feature. That alone is what made my review go up from 1 star to 4 stars. I don’t even use my regular bank checking account because of this feature. I guess they’re improving the experience but for the love of god PLEASE make this app fingerprint accessible. PLEASE!!!
