Customer service is terrible
My card was unusable in any ATM. The customer service number on the card was incorrect, but it took 20 min. on hold after calling three times to find it out.
After Googling the correct number, calling, being transferred and another very long wait, I was informed that my card was cancelled. The following conversation did not give me a reason for the occurrence. My card would be reissued for a cost, taking about 10 days.
No way of receiving any of my cash, nor ability to back up my automatic payments in that time period. (Future incurring late charges on those bills)
I have no choice, but to keep this bank due to my employer's bank.
STILL CANT TRANSFER MONEY
I used to be able to transfer my money directly to my bank with the "Move Money" option within the app. I had my bank information saved in the app so I would have to press the "move" button and that was it. Now, every time I try to move the money to my bank it says "it cannot be processed at this time", it's been going on for over a month and I still haven't been able to move my money.
I can't move my money
When I first got this app it was fine it let me move my money to my other bank account when ever I wanted. Now it won't let me move my money and it hasn't let me move my money for weeks. Please fix this issue it is very irritating. Thank you.
