iOS 10 messed you up now its time for you to fix
Ok, so since my first review went unposted. Let me start by saying I have never paid for a mobile game in my life until I found this actual version of monopoly that was not some B.S. bingo game. For the first three days I actually got to enjoy the game. That was until iOS 10 came and screwed everything up. Granted this is not the publishers fault, the lack of response to all of us complaining about it, well that is your fault. We all paid for a game to enjoy and waste our time and money on. And you sit there and do not even ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS. Not only am I upset that I paid for a game I only got to play for three days, I am upset I spent that money on a team of people who seem to be nothing to resolve the issues at hand. The AI is absolutely rigged and I put up with that because even in real life I played with cheating brothers or friends. So that's one point to the authenticity. But now I cannot even play. I call shenanigans. I would greatly appreciate an update, an acknowledgement by the makers that these issues are being addressed, or a full refund of my dollar.
to anyone thinking of paying to download this game I highly advise against it until there is some sort of positive feedback from the already pi$$ed off customers regarding the current issues. Go play PokémonGO instead.
Roar
Never wrote a review before but felt a burning desire to do so after playing this game. The game is wonderful in essence and I'm just so disappointed by the way that it was designed electronically by this publisher. I just realized that the way that the difficulty level is actually controlled is by simply forcing AI dies to avoid your property time after time again. Now I'm not sure what I'm offended by the most... Is it the idiocy and ineptness of the designers in in being able to figure out a better way to increase the difficulty other than just a cheap cheat; or simply because it took me over 150 games to realize that there is no other way in hell (other cheap DIE cheat) can an AI avoid 8 hotels while circumventing the board 6-8 times. Really? You guys felt the money that we spent on buying the game was not enough to create a more sound and non cheating way to increase the difficulty? This is a perfect example when a few cheap, lazy and inept game designers destroy the love for an otherwise game. You losers probably get paid a lot, but I'm just happy that these reviews show the whole world what your minuscule your game design skill really is. Oh and one last thing, I normally don't do this but in this case I feel obliged... I hope your jobs don't last very long and may you always reap what you sow. Cheers ;)
Difficulty level
You complainers that think that the difficulty is based on where Al lands just can't stand losing and love to whine. I play Al a lot and I can tell you that I get frustrated when he does not land on my Boardwalk with a hotel, but it is all chance because I have seen just as many lucky rolls to help me. The difficulty is all based on how generous Al will be when trading property or bidding on property. You can use that against him when you want to drain him of cash when it is on difficult setting. My winning record is around 80 percent on the highest difficulty because I know his playing style and can manipulate him. Once I landed on his Park Place and then rolled doubles and landed on Boardwalk and then again on chance sending me back to Boardwalk and lost. But I also pulled out a win when he won the other two Al's properties and he landed on my few properties with hotels. I have played enough to know it is all simply chance. Enjoy the game and stop whining and expecting Mr. Bradley's grandson to call you over your 99 cents.
