Monroe News app was an excellent resource for happenings in Monroe. Although the articles were consistently plagued with punctuation and grammatical errors (good for a bit of a chuckle), it was nice to have instant access to matters that concern residents of Monroe.
The app has been non functioning since the end of 2015. Beginning to think that the new owners of the newspaper didn't see value in the app and suspended support for it.
Will the issue be addressed? I hope so! It was a very nice feature and benefit (and somewhat of a luxury for a small town/demographic).
Please fix it. Access to information builds a stronger community and an informed citizen base.
4/4.5 stars when it works...(would 5stars if the articles would dig a bit deeper and report more of the facts and information about the subject matter), less than 1 star due to the current status of being useless.
Uninstalling/reinstalling didn't resolve issue.
