Doesn't consider resume

I have loaded my resume and set filters up. But my searches bring back zero jobs, yet on the Monster website there are jobs that match my search. Additionally the stack of jobs that I can flip through have nothing in common with my resume. So I have flipped through at least 200 jobs with nothing I would consider a close match. The background analytics need work. But the interface is nice. I am not yet sure how the cover letter and resume process flows since I have yet to actually apply via this app.
After using it for awhile and trying to get my resume loaded, I've realized this is not Monster. Frustrating. As my preferred resumes are on Monster, but don't auto load to this app. Why not? It should be a seamless and obvious choice!

bad interface

First off, the "swipe" mechanism is only a good idea if the "yes" option has either a confirmation step or adds the job to a "favorites" list to be acted on later. One mis-swipe and you've accidentally applied for a hydraulics maintenance job. I'm in IT support so that's not a job I'd pick. There's no undo. You can see that you applied but you can't withdraw. That's genuinely stupid.

Second, it doesn't pair well with Monster's website. I logged in over there and it doesn't show I've applied to any jobs at all. If this is a mobile app, it needs to sync with your web account. Another misstep.

Lastly, filter mechanism allows you to specify a geographic and salary range but that's it. Not even a single keyword. Why am I even looking at a jobs for food service and registered nursing? I work on computers for crying out loud. Swipe, swipe, swipe...

The new design is clever but only for the sake of being clever. Doesn't feel like it had any kind of QA testing.

Wonderful and Easy to Navigate

I have been using Monster for 2 days now and I find it to be extremely helpful and simple to search. I am pleased with the responses I receive back from potential employers whom most end up reading out to me for an interview. I would recommend this to anyone who is diligently searching for jobs:)
