MoodTrack is an app that lets you track how you're feeling throughout the day on a scale of 1 - 10. It sends you a notification a couple of times a day asking "How are you feeling?".
Each time you track your mood, the time and location are also saved and viewable in your Mood Log, which shows a list of all the moods you've tracked and your location at that time on a map.
MoodTrack also generates some statistics for you. You can see your average mood score across your entire Mood Log as well as averages for the past 3 days and past week. You can also see how your average mood score in the mornings compares to the afternoons. The app also generates a Mood Graph so you can see how your mood has been changing over time.
When tracking your mood, you can also add notes to your mood score e.g. what you're doing right now or what you're thinking. It's like keeping a short form diary of your thoughts.

This app is awesome. Tracks how I'm feeling quickly and easily, and lets me chart the trend over time.
Works great and does everything it says in the description.
Like a micro-diary or something. Does anyone know how to control the amount of time shown in the graph? The support link above seems to not go anywhere.
Easy to use and self explanatory. I just wish there were emoticons or adjectives that correlated to numbers, instead of just numbers...it's harder to measure my mood in numbers.
