Ratings and Reviews
I can’t believe that I finally found a cheap, good working endoscope that’s compatible for iPhone too! I made sure to disconnect, reconnect to the WiFi, turn the cam on and off multiple times, start up/quit and restart the app and never once had a single problem. After reading the reviews, I was worried (it was charging), but after I used it multiple times without issue (unless you count gunk sticking to the end for the first time confusion), WORKS AS ADVERTISED. think I’m paid? Ready the other stuff I comment on. I’m a real boy and the app is self explanatory as well! Yay!
Actually works for me.
Followed the brief instructions and was able to connect to the camera instantly. Installed on an iPad running the latest version. iOS. Using the camera on gun barrels, the picture is clear and taking still shots or video works well. I only have two questions:
1. How do you get the videos to export to something other than the unknown choices in the app? Also, no export choices for still photos. They are stored within the app apparently, and I can't figure out how to send them to email, FB, or anything.
2. On the box with the led brightness wheel, there is a button. What does this button do?
Grey screen, but good customer support
I bought this device, followed all instructions and like so many others, I see a grey screen on the app. When plugged into my laptop, nothing registers on the USB bus.
Contacted vendor, they responded immediately with tech suggestions, link to video of setup, and are sending me a new camera unit. So I will update this when the new unit arrives!
Update 1) the issue with mine appears to be with the small lamp control dial. I have to wiggle, juggle and fool with it until the lamps come on. At that point, the camera works. The slightest movement causes the lamps to go out, which apparently disconnects the camera and cause the app to freeze.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
