• Added a way to view your Last Workout details on Apple Watch, simply scroll down from the HOME view.

• Fixed an issue causing some Apple Watch workouts to be duplicated when transferred to the iPhone app.
• Lowered the metrics update frequency to 5 seconds when streaming workout from Apple Watch to iPhone.

Not bad, not great either...
On the positive side, the heart rate zone information is very nice. Two issues prevented me from using the app for more than a few hours. Issue one: on the Apple Watch, the complication that shows the heart rate gets stuck. It shows 71 all day, though my actual heart rate fluctuated between 58 and 130 -- and the app itself records this. Just the complication is stuck. That's a deal breaker for me and I've seen the same thing with weather or stock apps that don't refresh. I don't need an app that shows me the temperature from 4 hours ago, a stock's opening price unchanged hours later, or my heart rate from who knows when.
The other deal breaker is that this app freezes a lot and I am running current versions of the Watch and iPhone OS. Now, it may not be the developer's fault since I've seen both these problems (complication stuck and app freezing) on several Apps. Maybe it's an Apple Watch problem, and frankly, it's been going on for years now. God, how I miss Steve Jobs...
YASSS! This app is amazing and I NEVER pay for apps
I had a polar A300 and I was happy with it. I got the Apple Watch as a gift but wasn't sure how to use it to workout. Then I found out there were no apps for weight lifting for the Apple Watch-- but then I found MotiFIT. I researched and this one came with a free trial. Then I found out it could pair with my heart rate monitor. I WAS SOLD. At first, it was hard to get the app to use the heart rate monitor not the watch heart rate (which is terrible and inaccurate via the watch app) but once it connected and it figured out I used the app not the watch it was smooth sailing. I love this thing. And I paid for the lifetime membership. GOLD. Oh, and they made it so that your membership rolls over to ALL of their apps so you pay one fee and you can use everything. I'm going to use the running one next-- hope it's just as good!
Best App Ever
Since I started using this app with my heart monitor I got hooked. The simplicity and efficiency of the app make it fun to use and work with. I use it every time I work out to track my calorie burn and heart rate to see how much i can push my self, every day I challenge my self and workout harder to see how far I can go and make my numbers better on the app. I even post my best Summaries on social media when I do good. Bottom line its a fantastic app every atheist should be using it. Thank you for the team who put this app together and made it available for us.
