Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
What's New in Version 2.9.4
This release includes Spartan connectivity fixes and specifically addresses a GPS optimization bug with Spartans connecting via iOS 11.
This update also provides support for the new Spartan Sport WHR Baro.
Good idea, bad app
Hey, I like Suunto watches. I like the Suunto Movescount website, but the app is sucking right now.
I finished a run this afternoon and wanted to pull in some of my recent moves. The app kept telling me to turn on my Bluetooth. My Bluetooth was on, but apparently the app wasn't registering that fact.
Previous versions have worked pretty well, but I'm hugely frustrated with this version.
Not much here
This app is almost useless. It will not show any of your daily steps, alt, etc unless it is gps recording. It won’t let you adjust settings or anything on the watch. They need to do some serious updating. Have it log your daily step amounts. Show graphs of your daily elevation, or the changes in pressure. I feel like it has just been a fancy time piece instead of a training tool. What a waste.
Best workout app
Been using this app for a full year now. As an athlete who does a lot, cross trains, etc, it fully meets my needs in nearly every aspect. Highly recommended
