Missing movies
1 have at least 25 pictures on Netflix but there are tour on that program that don't belong to me. I can't reach them to get it right. I received a email from them saying that someone else got on my program and that are cheating my of my movies. I can take pictures of all the movies I downloaded. I thing the gave mi movies to some other person. What can I do about what they (Netflix) have yo me. They can call my cell phone: home phone oh email me with how to get this fixed. Or will I have to take all of my auto UUTRAVIOLET to a lawyer to bet what belongs to me. I can't call them because I cannot find the number if they go through you they call call my cell or home Anderson get what I need. I still have all the movies I downloaded through ULTRAVIOLET,. THEY DON't wand to help. If I have to get a lawyer I will. As far as I know they have taken my movies and given them to someone else.(DON't use them they will steal you movies as if you never had them. They have about 25 movies of mine and gave four movie that don't belong to mr

I loved this app, and tolerated the pop-up ads at the bottom of the screen, as I understand you've gotta monetize it somehow. But seriously, your now allowing advertisers that put fake beetles crawling over the pop up ad banner that startles the user so you accidentally click on it when you try to brush the image of the bug away. That's just f?$&ed up, Flixster. There's gotta be some limit to save some integrity guys.

Thanks for getting rid of those ads, Flixster! I don't mind the regular banner ads, the ones with bugs were really irritating.
Simply useless
I noticed a few films not having scores which I thought was weird because if they are released and on that Friday it doesn't show a score I have to wonder. So I go to the site and sure enough certain movies have different scores or actual scores (some movies had 0% and were rated by a dozen critics but on the app it made it seem as if no one had reviewed them). So I deleted and redownloaded. Simple right? WRONG. It is completely useless now. I was able to search and see movies. Now it shows me NOTHING and I can search for ZERO MOVIES. So what's the point? Severely disappointed. I'm hoping I'll be able to use it again soon.
