Just read the other reviews and I’ve all the same problems. An hour late after waiting 2 hours. Constantly messing up the food. I’m an iOS app developer and this app should of never been allowed on the App Store with all its bugs. The service and business are awful. Support is awful. There’s roughly a dozen other of these services. At least one other service everywhere this one is. I would use anything else or eat worms before using this again. On top of everything, I tip cash. I use to be a server when I was in college I know how that goes. And it FORCES you to leave a gratuity which is fine, but it automatically accounts it into the total, not allowing me to tip cash. Uninstall, use any other service as this is by far the worst.
TERRIBLE App... Great Service
This review is of the app, not the service. The app is awful. It’s unintuitive. It never gets my address prefilled correctly despite my logging into it. There is no sort function or filtering for TYPE of food, price, etc. you have to scroll through all of the restaurants that are listed in no logical order to find what you may want. When your order is wrong and you’d like to send them an email... well... it’s not formatted for a phone screen. I couldn’t log my complaint because I couldn’t actually see the darn form. Other food delivery devices are popping up and providing more options. I think this one “absorbed” Takeout Taxi. I’m going to try grub-hub and uber, through the latter is very limited in selection.
Find another delivery service
The app is terrible. It’s very buggy and seems like it should be a webpage on a computer, not an app. I entered my card information and it told me that it couldn’t process my order, but charged my card multiple times. I called customer service and after waiting on hold for 20+ minutes we finally got the issue straightened out. I was finally able to place my order but the food took over two hours to arrive. This is my first and last time using this service. Don’t waste your time with this delivery service.
