No issues opening MSG files
I've been using this Pro version for about 1 year on over hundreds of emails with no problems. Double-click the .msg file (and .eml files too) and it goes straight to my Outlook and opens the message view with all components in place, properly displayed.
6 of my team's Macs use it now with no problems. Worth the investment.
Good APP for MSG file
I think it is a good tool to open MSG files in MAC system, expect it will be better in future!
Says I am using free version when I own Pro
When I try to preview a file i get the message that only part of the message can be viewed with the free version and that I need to upgrade to Pro. I own the Pro version and am using it when I get that message. This seems to be a very BIG error. When I spoke to suppor they said "Sorry" apple doesn't allow them to code it correctly. Well, it allows you to put a message saying you need to buy the pro, so why can't you just remove that message and allow the whole email to be viewed? Very Frustrating!!

Hello - we’re sorry about your frustration. The issue has nothing to do with your pro version, but a long-standing issue with our app and the AppStore (which is why Apple granted us a separate download for the Quicklook Finder extension). Because it’s a separate download, it has to detect whether or not the app is installed and registered - which is just the problem - all methods to do so had a bug introduced in the Big Sur OS and even Apple admitted that it’s not possible anymore. We are working on a new solution. In the meantime, the app itself works fine and you can bulk convert files and use quicklook to preview those converted files instead.
