MTailor is a huge disappointment
I ordered two shirts. They were both horribly off when they arrived. Both too tight in the body and the collar on one was an inch too big. What is scary is that they did not have the same issues - if they were using the same measurements they should have similar problems. Rather than refund my money MTailor asked for another try. The second batch was better but they both were not fixed. Like the first run, they did not fit the same as each other. I have now forcefully requested a refund. I would not recommend MTailor to anyone. Complete waste of time and money.
This is Unfortunately A Waste of Time
I give up on these online tailors. They are all a disappointment, one after the other. You will still end up wasting your time. You better waste that time going to a live human tailor for true measurements. Sure they re-make them for you until perfect, but at what cost in terms of time? You have to take photos of yourself and collaborate with them remotely - who knows maybe over and over until it’s perfect. Why do this online when you can do it with a real tailor in front of you. This is all hype.
Great process; poor quality for price.
There into end-to-end process is very smooth and professional. However, upon receiving the shirts, I was disappointed in the quality (material is from Bangladesh even though it’s tailored in San Francisco); it is definitely not worth $89; more like $45. Also, the fitting was a bit more snug than I would’ve liked. Overall, I had been eagerly waiting for the shirts but was fairly disappointed after receiving them!
