Tide and tidal current information for over 4000 locations in the United States and U.S. territories. A network connection is only required to display the map data in the Local Stations view.
MultiTide is designed to help you plan for anything from a trip to your local tidal pool to a multiday kayaking trip. Change the prediction start date to see future (or past) tide events. The three station tabs allow you to switch between tide events for up to three different stations which is usefully for planning trips that start and end at different locations.

Shows tidal current data for lots of secondary stations
Unlike many of the other tide apps I've seen, this app includes tidal currents (vital for, say, kayaking), even for many secondary stations. It does have some drawbacks: no universal/iPad support, and more problematic: no way for you to locate stations via the map if you're looking at a location on the map that isn't close to your current location.
Needs UI update... hard to read compared to more modern apps
Free and Awesome
Wish I would have found this app before I bought Ayetides. I have compared the two and they seem to have almost exactly the same data. This app is much better for one because it tells the start and end times of slack tides. Great for planning scuba diving in Puget Sound. But, I'm going to carefully compare the data with real world situations before I dive in.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
