Finally, there is a timer app that does exactly what I want, and does it extremely well. I have an erratic schedule because of sleep and mood disorders, and it makes it very difficult to take my medication at regular intervals. Sometimes I may take a dose 4 hours early and sometimes 16 hours late. But thanks to MultiTimer, I’m now able to keep track of which dose to take — and also how far ahead or behind I am for an entire week (or longer if I wish). I no longer have to rely on the iOS clock app’s faulty timer (which, more times than not, stops in the middle and resets itself) and reminder notes of which dose to take.

The app itself has a very basic design. There’s nothing fancy about it. But what it does, it does extremely well. I have yet to encounter a single bug or crash. If you have need for multiple timers, multiple types of timers, or even a single complex timer (such as an interval timer or one that keeps records), you would do yourself a favor by buying this one. Some users may find it a little different and possibly difficult to understand at first, but a getting started guide is included in the app, and before you know it, you can time anything you want in 7 different ways!

A helpful, aesthetic app

Back to 5: you fixed issue number 2 I previously alluded to. Thank you.

And thanks for the thoughtful response you had to issue number 1. I only read your response now.

Updated review for the new version:

From 5 to 3

1. Asks me to review every time I start the app. I'd like to be asked no more than once, especially since I already reviewed the previous version.

2. The end of timer signal I originally choose -- canary -- is a sweet way to end a meditation or a free writing session or any activity that involves being immersed in subtle activity.

In this version a few seconds of beeping got added to the beginning of the canary sound. The new sound is not very fitting for a meditation end, so in fact turns the app into something I'm looking less.

I found this move disruptive in the negative sense of the word -- both

-- the beep
-- having a perfectly good functionality and set up discarded

So FYI developers, often it's little things in concert that make an app a harmonious fit for my use. The choice of sounds you put in the timers matters greatly.

Previous version

I really enjoy it. I use the app to time various self-improvement activities and habits I aim to cultivate.

-- It is convenient to have the times preset for each activity.
-- I also like the funny end-of-time tones.

Definitely recommend

I really love the flexibility this app has particularly when upgraded to the pro version. There is every kind of timer type that you would need. Colorful and customizable layout makes things efficient and pleasing to the eye especially if you have multiple timers to work with. I can see lots of uses for this. I would highly recommend this app for anyone who is a need for timer. There are many out there but this one seems to be very well thought out and practical.

There is also a URL share function for timer boards. This is a sharable private access link that you can open and close to share with others which can then view the board on the web. As someone who does a lot of remote work with colleagues and clients this has got some amazing potential in expediting workflows and keeping in sync.
