Fun Program

This 12 week program is an absolute blast. The short videos not only show what to do but provides extra motivation. The only thing keeping this app from being 5 star app is that the videos do not have sound for me in the app.

Second time doing this program

This is app free, compared to his old app which was $$. But the Results are amazing if you follow it exactly.
Lost 60 LBs last year with help of this program. Going through it again this year. The eating part was the hardest at first, but I stuck to his diet 100%, 4-6 meals a day, and it paid off! Just make it fun and don't eat the same thing daily. Mix your meats up and limit all carbs and NO SUGARs.

I promise you will see killer results. I went from 290 LBs fat, to 230 in 5 months using the 12 week program and his 4 weeks to shred. And tripled my bench weight.

I put a little back on due to back issues, but I'm good now and This year I wanna drop another 40!lbs total. In 12 weeks I will lose 30 of that easily and pack on solid muscle. Thanks Kris!
