Muscle Manager is a unique app that tracks your workout history and applies this to a physical representation of your body. The ‘Manager’ screen will allow you to clearly monitor those muscle groups you have worked on and those muscle groups that you have tended to neglect. Through this interactive body manager you will clearly be able to track you exercise and it will help you to ensure that you have a total body workout.

Muscle Manager provides you with over 200 exercise routines and gives you a complete gym workout schedule that will work a wide range of muscle groups. Through the physical exertion slider you can gauge your physical exertion for that particular workout and the muscle manager will record and update you physical representation accordingly. As your muscles recover, Muscle Manager will automatically fade those muscles, so that you know they have recovered and are due a further workout.

New for 2014: Mix up your routines by using the new shuffle button that will keep your body guessing as to which exercise you will be doing next.

Could use more features

The primary utility of this app is to help you keep track of what areas you had worked out and also provides exercises to do so. What is lacking is a note section or some sort of measuring system which notes weight used, reps, sets, etc. also would be helpful if there was a calendar view so users could see how they worked out overtime, with data on how much stronger they had gotten. Keeping track of cardio exercise in some way would also be useful. Perhaps these features are in the pro version, not sure. Anyways, great for beginners who need exercises to start out with and can record what was worked out that day.

Superb App

This is the app Ive been looking for. It is very detailed and contains information about anatomy of our body. Its easy for me to do the right form on lifting and I am able to know on which body part will be hit by the specific workout. Amazing!

Has become my go-to workout app

Always needed a workout app that is simple to use but robust enough to give an overall picture.
