The Best Run Training App!!!!👊🏽

You don't need to pay a running coach to create a plan for you...My Asics Run Training app does the job in a matter of seconds. It even allows you to adjust the days so that your long run can fall on the day of your choice. I use this app all the time for training to run a faster 5k all the way to training to build the endurance needed to successfully complete a marathon. The best thing is you don't have to have the app track your runs. You can use your running watch and enter the information into the app manually. Asics gets 👍🏽👍🏽 for the My Asics Run Training App!

The training plans feel right

I have run half marathons before, but always improvised my training plan. I'm following a plan on this app and it feels good, so far. My only gripe is the GPS tracking function crashes a lot. I use RunKepper as well so that keeps my log accurate. Lastly, a tip for the marketing department at Asics, the app allows you to log the gear you use on your run, but Asics Cumulus are not one of the pre populated choices.

Love it

I'm currently using the app to train for a marathon. I really love that it adapts the schedule to how I'm progressing. The schedule itself feels really good - much better than a calendar I printed out from a website last time I trained. Great work!
