This app has many issues, like doesn't load really well, and has misplaced buttons that is merged together, and that makes it hard to press the buttons that i want to press.
I'm surprised they still allow this company to run when they're obviously scamming their customers. When you buy a package, they just say that you will get 3GB, they didn't tell you you can only use the 2GB from 1AM to 8. When you pay for 14 GB, you're getting 6GB and 8 you can only use after midnight.
Nowhere in the page specified that, they only say it's a bonus quota (which should be fecking accessible to customers?? We freaking paid for it), you have to dig in to the page where it says it's quota donting, and THEN you have to google it to find out what it means.
Poor management, terrible marketing which is downright a scam, and good luck finding a place to get a refill because the online shop only takes two banks and credit cards. The app says it takes Klik BCA but that's a lie. That goes to show how long it's been since this app was updated.
Transparent fees should be a common sense for everybody but clearly not for this company.
The app keeps timing out too. For a legit company that won an award or something, the service is pretty shoddy and disappointing.
