Here's an update on the last one that I wrote. I was really happy with the app as it was I had to update it to use it and what really angers me now is that I have to put in my email and password and set up an account in order to be able to use this I was happy with that before why do I have to do this now! This app just went from five stars to zero if I could get it but because something has to be done I give it one very disappointed!
This has all the foods, if it's not there it can be added per the user and is available for quick use for later days. Has listings of activities to aid in calorie usage information. This is especially useful to me due to a motorcycle accident as I'm unable to have the active lifestyle as before but still have to eat and therefore gaining TOO much weight. This has ADLs included such as taking a bath is 2 calories used per min. (I think that's right) Simplest to follow without a lot of overkill, very basic but fantastic. Absolutely great job thank you
Just a little tweaks for 5 stars
So I've been using this app and I love it but some tweaks or problems. First I thinking if you guys could have maybe a favorite button or a heart by the recipes so that we could put our favorite recipes that you guys make so that it's easier than trying to remember what recipe we want to try. (That make sense?) Second you could put maybe a section where "Why did we eat that" so that we could see why sometimes we eat bad. (Emotions, lack of preparation, budget) Third is I find it hard to make my own meal in one all combined meal. Normally I have put in every ingredient that used in the tracker instead of maybe putting in a combine button so that it's one meal. That's all I could think of but great app!!
Keeping me on track!
I like how this app keeps all my nutritional info recorded. It has helped me to lose 80 pounds!! 👍 I also like the dining guide. I've tried many other apps, this one seems the easiest to use.
The one thing I don't like is
the serving size chart. It's too dark. Can't see it as well as the previous version. (it's not my screen either.) I also wish that I would not get multiple entries. It is very annoying. Takes me a long time to delete them all. I'm talking thousands of calories over!! Also, for mealtimes it's automatically inserting what I don't want. I delete them and they appear again! This is really frustrating.
