Do yourself a favor and choose another company! This app is as bad as the rest of CenturyLink’s services. You can’t log in. Too bad there isn’t a negative review. I had prism. After my contract expired they wanted an additional $130/month. I said no turn it off. It took me calling 4x over a 5 week period to get the return label for the equipment. Which I of course now have been charged for. After being told I wouldn’t be. During all of that I decided to upgrade my internet speed. Their 1st visit to “upgrade” they turned it off. After the 2nd I was told they couldn’t provide me that speed because I was too far from their equipment?!?! Total BS!! I used to live 3 blocks from where I am now and had the faster speed. The tech obviously just didn’t want to do the work. I’m done with this pathetic so called company.



Came home last night to no DSL. I hate calling any utilities companies and try to navigate their phone tree, sit on hold forever etc. etc. Instead I installed this app. easily got logged into my account and my home page showed a message that internet service in my area was down. The answer I was looking for. Some might rate this app. as low because it delivered bad news but that has nothing to do with how well the app. works. This app. gave me the info I was looking for and did so very quickly.

Having problems with internet repair ( I won’t bore you with all the details of not having internet for two weeks) and tech support suggested that I download this app so that I could follow progress of the repair plus other options

After spending much of the morning chatting with tech support in trying to get the app to recognize my email logon that is associated with my account I finally gave up

I deleted the app to reinstall and this time I read the reviews. SURPRISE SURPRISE. Almost every single review I read says the app is useless and most are complaining of the same thing

Why in the world would CenturyLink put out this app if it was not thoroughly tested and reviewed. Especially when there are an overwhelming number of complaints of the same issue. Could it be the same people who developed this app are also in charge of their internet? Hmmmm

Do yourself a favor and read the reviews first before attempting to download this app so that you don’t waste an additional morning of frustration
