Still can't view my bill on my phone. Website defaults to a STUPID mobile site (mobile sites are the dumbest things ever). Even if you click the "regular site" link, it dumps you right back to the STUPID, UGLY and USELESS mobile site. Just the WORST.
Then there's this "app". This stupid waste of pixels makes me long for the deep functionality of the mobile site.
I want an explanation. Someone please explain to me why I can't view my bill on my phone? Why? Tell me! There's got to be a logical answer. I can't imagine what it could be but there must be.
$40 BILLION in assets
$15 BILLION in revenue
$1 BILLION+ in profits
And yet, in the year 2016, I can't get a copy of my bill on my phone. Can someone please, please explain this to me? Please?
I mean, I JUST CAN'T wrap my head around it.
ConEd is constantly being accused of greed tactics and they consistently deny it. How can they not reinvest in online customer service? It just doesn't compute (pun intended).
If not an explanation, maybe an excuse? Any logical reason as to WHY, FOR THE LOVE OF BABY JESUS, CONEDISON FORBIDS ITS CUSTOMERS FROM SEEING THEIR BILL ON THEIR PHONES?? ???

Not sure of the point of this app.
I can't understand why coned won't let mobile users see their bill. You can't on their site and you can't in this app. Super irritating.
Complete waste of time
For a company who makes millions, your application is horrendous. I spent 10 minutes trying to pay a payment on it and it redirected me to a web browser which would lose connection and constantly ask me for the login over and over again and then force me to spent an extra 20 minutes on the phone to make a payment. It's convenient for you to quickly take a payment but inconvenient to make your application work.
Sudden Login issues
Been using the app over a year. Tried to log in to app to pay my bill this month and after exactly 1 attempt (I accidentally had a typo in my pw), it said "you have exceeded the number of login attempts, access is now restricted." I. E. I can never log in & pay my bill using this app again. Wow. It's so "secure" that the app is literally unusable by customers.
