Keeps me motivated

This is a really nice app for women to keep on track when trying to lose weight with a mix of calorie restriction and exercise. It's entertaining (earning outfits and accessories to dress your avatar, watching your avatar shrink in size over time) and you can set reminders ("drink water" is the one I need the most). Even the panic button works for me to help control food cravings. The food database is very comprehensive and you can scan bar codes for the information as well. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is I don't think it syncs well over devices, and I've had some issues with recurring meals - even when I tell it I only want to change the recurring meal for that day, it wants to change it on other days as well. I've just learned to only use it on one device and copy meals from day to day rather than making them recurring as a workaround. Overall I really like the app and would recommend it.

I picked this app bc I liked the colors but did not expect much from it. I quickly learned that the personal reminders throughout the day are extremely helpful with keeping me on track - especially the one to drink water because I tend to dehydrate. I also like that the avatar shrinks as I lose weight. It's just an easy app to use which is something I look for because there are other things I need to focus on and, literally, every time one of my reminders buzzes, it's at a perfect moment.

Great diet tool!

I love the points that I accrue for doing the good stuff I am supposed to do! It is very motivating. Only 2 concerns: when you change your starting weight on your profile (I entered in a guess and found out it was higher when I weighed myself), it doesn't change on the log; and not all foods are on it, so I have had to enter some manually and it is throwing off my carb, fat and protein figures because you can't enter those in too. Other than that, it is super easy to use and more fun than some of the other diet and fitness apps!
