I though this app was great in the beginning. For two billing cycles now, I’ve tried to make a payment through the app. When I did, I got an error message saying that it couldn’t be completed. So, I set up a payment online, with the same account information, and it was successful. I even received a confirmation email. When I checked my bank account today, I was surprised to see that BOTH transactions were completed. I literally paid double (granted, I had a small balance anyway, so it worked out) but it would be nice for someone to look into this.

Almost a great app

Everything on this app works great except for the process of saving my debit card. Whenever I pay using my debit card, it gives me the option to save the payment method & I always select yes, but every month, it’s never saved...only my bank account is saved. It’s not that big of a deal to have to type in my card number every month, but it would be convenient to have it saved. Everything else works great though.

My thoughts

I like that it’s easy to login to. But I don’t like that the only option for customer service is calling. We should be able to email too or even have the chat ability. Also, it says we now have the ability to ask for an increase through the app. I don’t, nor does my husband. Customer service doesn’t have the ability to increase our limit either.
