A feature that should have been included!
Just about every cell phone and electronic organizer that has ever existed has had a way to put your name and contact information on it. That way, if your phone is lost, stolen, or just mixed up with someone else's it's obvious who to contact. Most people are basically honest, and will try to get the phone back to you - as long as its easy and convenient. That's where My Info comes in.
Good, but could be better
This is the type of app I was looking for, to simply provide someone my contact info when they need to write it down. I was able to add my contact info by locating the app inside the iPhone's Settings. However, the app does not allow to me to scroll through my photos to select the one I wanted. So instead I had to shoot a new one.
This could be an awesome app if allowed for more creative backgrounds, and ability to create multiple identity cards. It would also be cool if you can share your info via email.
It would also be good if you could enlarge the font size.
You must add your info thru Setting app
It works well enough. I can see why some users got confused about inputting their information into the app. You cannot just click on an Edit button in this app and add your name, address, email, etc. Instead you must open the Setting app and fill out the various fields there. A clumsy way to do things, but you do this only once to start and maybe when you change your address or email.
Does exactly what it says it will. It is unfortunate that the iPhone does not come with this feature when SO MANY other phones do. The reason why this app is a good buy is for the name and icon on your screen. At first glance people know what it is and what it's there for; and on the first screen it's hard for even an iPhone novice to miss.
