My New Castle 311 allows residents to effectively communicate with the Town! My New Castle 311 is a free mobile application that allows residents to report community issues such as potholes, downed trees, streetlights in need of repair, etc. Residents can pinpoint the location of the issue with GPS and attach photos right from their mobile device. Residents will receive status updates as the issues are resolved. My New Castle 311 is a 24/7 resource that can be used to visit the Town’s website and Facebook page, view the Town’s News & Calendar of Events, and even view local points of interest. Residents can also use the App to sign-up for CodeRED and Nixle alerts, and receive the Town's eNewsletter. Stay Connected!
