Not any worse than any other credit card app...


I have CapitalOne, Chase, and AmEx, as well as this ancient card (two more years before I get the long-term good credit marks I've been waiting for)... there was a time when I had to exclusively make payments to FPB over the phone, then they enabled online payments and I've used that method ever since. There website has been down for whatever reason lately, so I checked to see what my other options are. I downloaded the app, made my payment, everything was easy and simple, yet still efficient. I didn't encounter any errors at any point, so I'm not sure what everyone else is complaining about. Maybe the app is better suited for iPhone7?

Anyway, the app does everything my other apps do (except give me my FICO), so I'm happy with it.

Decent But Needs Updates


I have used this app as well as several other credit card and finance card apps. I have not had a problem with this that I haven’t experienced with the others as well. It does need some updating to work better with newer mobile device versions/updates. If there is a problem with logging in, contact customer service and see whose end it’s on. If you have a problem with the terms of the credit card itself, that’s nothing against the app or web updates. Read the terms and conditions for the credit card before deciding to open or activate the account and it will prevent unexpected fees and interest.

God awful


I'm not the type to write reviews on much at all, but I was compelled to by this god awful app/company. The app is a terrible, takes 10 times just to login since Touch ID will give errors when attempting to use it, and frequently will error typing password, then it verifies you over and over, on top of that, according to the contract you can cancel the card providing you never used it to buy anything, which is what I attempted to do, and then they said I don't have any additional steps, until I checked and it is charging me $100 for ending balance. Now I'm about to call them back and either get my lawyer on the line with me or get it resolved myself. Don't waste your time, lots of better companies such as capital one or chase bank.
