My Signings, an internal app developed by Amrock for their registered signing agents, is the primary method for assigning and accepting new closing appointments.
My Signings allows agents to:
• Track appointments on their device’s calendar
• Accept or decline available appointments in their surrounding area
• Access client information, including: phone number, email address, home address and type of closing
• Utilize GPS directions to signing appointments
• Send and receive messages from Amrock
In addition to accepting or declining orders in real time, agents can update their status when:
• Printing docs
• Collecting borrower funds
• Completing a closing
• Dropping off documents
Amrock's My Signings mobile app is developed for iPhone. In accordance with our end-user license agreement, and the app’s driving disclaimer, Amrock does not condone use of the app while driving. So easy to use!
Love this app! It's a great way to update closings. My fave is being able to accept new closings with it. Wish more companies had apps like this.
Absolutely love this app!
User friendly, easy to use, and so convenient! They only thing I would absolutely love is if we could choose the sound/vibration of the closing alert so I can differentiate the notification from normal texts and emails. It would make things a lot easier so I don't have to panic every time my phone goes off. "Oh gosh! Is that a closing?!" ***nearly every time my phone makes a noise***
Needs a ton of work, you have to log on all the time, gets stuck a lot
