All you have to do is to just start the timer in the evening and remember to stop it in the morning. The app tracks and displays your sleeping routine on a daily basis. And don't worry if you accidentally forget to start the timer when you go to sleep as you can easily add it later.

iPhone 5 Optimized
Two button app, one barely works
So this would be great except the "wake up" button doesn't work about a quarter of the time. When the (paid!) app only has two buttons (one for sleep/wake, the other to view your sleep log) I would expect the developer to be able to handle the challenge of making them work. Instead I have to enter my sleep manually 25% of the time when it fails. Nicely done, huh.
Does what I need
Awesome app. However, it would be sweet if it calculated avg hours by day. So you can keep track with your average per day if you take naps during the day.
