We're working toward a single, enhanced app experience for all Spectrum customers. If you’re currently using the My TWC app and haven't been asked to use My Spectrum, you can continue using My TWC. We’ll let you know when it’s time to switch to the My Spectrum app.

No chat support after acct verification = useless app for this one aka me/moi

Fortunately my hopes were not up as I opened the new app after mytwc appnforced the change. With time Warner app now EOL, one of the most useful tools in the app I used more than anything was support chat. If I was having an issue technically or with billing one of which is always almost monthly since for us it’s Spectrum or some super speedy 5mb adsl is the only option (until ATT 1000 fiber next month!! Yay! By TWC . Finally after all these years of struggle, heartache, night sweats, chills, temporary paralysis and hornyness caused by substandard broadband quality and substandard residential support (your biz fiber support for metro e are awesome locally) there’s a glimmer of hope. This app is a cleaned up pay your bill now app is about it. If I’d wanted to call tech support and speak to someone i can’t understand who’s looking at a timer trying to get off the call the second it’s answers and marked it resolved I’d call. I wouldn’t hit support, contact support etc from an app expecting chat since the smaller company Time Warner’s app has had that feature for YEARS, only to get a web page pop up telling me to call toll free.. that’s malarkey .. add chat and provide quality support and service while you’re ATT it. 23 more days till I can say bye after 23 years. I’m ecstatic.

I switched to Spectrum because they contacted me to switch services. The rep assured me I would be reimbursed for porting over my services. I asked what I needed to do . I was told nothing was needed to be done on my side he took all my information and my prior company info/account number etc. Assured me my reimbursement would be sent to me. I was sent 3boxes to set up my services this did not work. I called customer service was told they would have to send someone out-they did. Then about 2-3 weeks later I get a call from a rep stating my account is past due and my services are going to be disconnected if I don’t submit payment. I NEVER received a bill?? She cancels the late fees I think I’m good to go questioned her about the refund she says it coming. I call today because still no refund/reimbursement and I’m told by a rep she’s sorry I’m outside the window period?? I ask for a supervisor I speak with Ionia who says well your close what day did you get your final bill because if it wasn’t within the last 2 weeks and it doesn’t say final bill we won’t be able to help you.. I wish I had never switched now I have to eat my disconnect fees this is a bunch of trash!!! Spectrum needs to TRAIN their telemarketers better they don’t give you the correct information. I am a extremely dissatisfied customer

Lied to multiple times , app doesn’t work

I was told I was going to keep my internet speed and get cable for 5 dollars more because I was on an old plan with brighthouse, in addition there would be no installation fee, once they installed cable, I was downgraded on my internet’s speed from 200 to 50mbs, also I was charged for installation, I requested them to just please put me back on my old plan, I was told they no longer offered that speed since it was Brighthouse. Yet I had it 20 minutes before. After getting the run around and speaking to a supervisor, he assured me that I would get my speed and be given it at the reduced rate I was on prior. It never happen, I called again and was told they could up grade my speed to the max speed offered in my area but there was a 200 dollar installation fee. I wish there were other options for internet in area but sadly this monopoly has bought out every cable company So they do as they please. With disregard for the customer. If I had other options besides dsl I would gladly pay double, just to not deal with these thieves. Oh and this app doesn’t work it’s on “authenticating” screen, apparently it’s he only screen within the app because I’m still “authenticating” .
