Not fully functional yet
After having zero success at updating my credit card expiration date via the new online laptop/desktop portal yesterday, it was suggested I download the app. (Neither Carolina Water Service or First Billing could update my credit card expiration date when I called them.) I’m on auto-pay. The app won’t bring up my auto-pay credit card to update the info. When I try adding the card as new with the new expiration date, it wouldn’t verify it. Same happened via laptop and wouldn’t accept a totally brand new card either. The app also doesn’t have the option to remove a credit card. When I clicked on “contact us” on the app, the app crashed. I ended up using the app without signing in and made a one time payment.
App doesn’t work, website doesn’t work.. cannot access any account info because they’re forcing the utility connect and won’t allow access to old system. Clearly was rolled out before bugs were fixed!!

App crashes when trying to login (with or without Face ID). So hard to give anything else than one star. Looking forward to fix of bug to explore the app.
