myAT&T Business allows End Users and Account Managers on Corporate accounts to manage their AT&T Wireless Accounts from their iPhone and iPad devices.
With this application, you'll be able to easily and securely manage specific account functions including:
-Bill Payment from a new or existing payment method
-Schedule Future Dated Payments
-Setup or manage AutoPay
-Reset Voicemail Password
-Find AT&T Wi-Fi Hotspots and Store Locations
-Create or reset Custom End User PIN
-View Usage including Mobile Share Usage
-Contact Customer Care or Tech Support via Call or Chat with just the tap of a button
Additionally, as an Account Manager, you will be able to also
- View the full bill (up to 12 months of bill history available)
-Change Rate Plans
-Add International Features
-Suspend Data for an end user
-View Usage for the entire account
You must have an active AT&T CRU account in order to use this application. Some functionality may not be available based on your company agreement with AT&T. myAT&T Business does not support non CRU accounts.
What's New in Version 3.0
Account Managers/Owners (AOP) can now login using their AOP PIN and email address to manage their wireless service at the account level instead of the user level. Once logged in, users will be able to view the full bill (up to 12 months), change rate plans, add international features, view usage for the entire account, and update the SIM/IMEI for end users.
No Excuse for this Failure
AT&T is one of the largest technology companies in the world. There is absolutely no excuse for having the worst and ineffective app out there.
At the very least, business owners should be able to view all of their lines at the same time. As it stands, you have to sign in to each user phone # to see their data usage but, even if you are successful at getting into each line, you will typically get an error message that says "data usage not available at this time". Is it an arduous process to sign into 11 different lines, but it is so much worse than that because I have never been able to successfully monitor the multiple lines on my account through this app.
It would be incredible to be able to access a pie chart showing each line usage, however, I understand this is a pie in the sky desire and would settle to just be able to effectively monitor my account easily.
The technology and knowledge is out there AT&T, I would ask that you access them and apply them so that your current business owners stop looking around for better options.
Completely useless! I'd you've got no control over your account. It doesn't show all your lines. You need to set up every line with a password and log out and back into the other line in order to see data usage. I can't believe the app for the personal accounts is WAY better and useful. They need to upgrade the app MAJORLY!!
Why can't we just use the personal app instead
Just recently migrated from personal account to a business account. You would think that their business app allows the same or more function as the personal one but no. It can't even show all the lines on the account. What garbage this is.
