myAT&T Business allows End Users and Account Managers on Corporate accounts to manage their AT&T Wireless Accounts from their iPhone and iPad devices.
With this application, you'll be able to easily and securely manage specific account functions including:

-Bill Payment from a new or existing payment method
-Schedule Future Dated Payments
-Setup or manage AutoPay
-Reset Voicemail Password
-Find AT&T Wi-Fi Hotspots and Store Locations
-Create or reset Custom End User PIN
-View Usage including Mobile Share Usage
-Contact Customer Care or Tech Support via Call or Chat with just the tap of a button
Additionally, as an Account Manager, you will be able to also
- View the full bill (up to 12 months of bill history available)
-Change Rate Plans
-Add International Features
-Suspend Data for an end user
-Update SIM/IME
-View Usage for the entire account

You must have an active AT&T CRU account in order to use this application. Some functionality may not be available based on your company agreement with AT&T. myAT&T Business does not support non CRU accounts.

What's New in Version 3.0

Account Managers/Owners (AOP) can now login using their AOP PIN and email address to manage their wireless service at the account level instead of the user level. Once logged in, users will be able to view the full bill (up to 12 months), change rate plans, add international features, view usage for the entire account, and update the SIM/IMEI for end users.

Simply helpful for sole proprietor with one line!

Super easy to set up as Registered Admin with Foundation I.D. App itself set me up in less than 5 minutes - most of that time was devising my PIN! My phone number used as ID, App sent text login for PIN creation. PIN created - jumped right into App with super clear, super simple graphic of my usage to date. Way better than using the web-based access to zoom in on my Premier Account - I will now do that only on my laptop or workstation ... or not at all, now that this simple readout is nearly always at hand. If my shoppe were bigger (more lines), maybe I'd have probs of which others have spoken. For biz of one line, this is splendid app! Here's to keeping usage within my plan! Live long and prosper!

Foundation Account - access required

I had the original version of this app and had to agree was a miserable failure since couldn't see all the lines' usage on our account. However, after calling tech support, I learned there IS a newer version of the app available to allow the access to all lines! You do need to get a different pin for access, but it works perfectly!!!! - and allows me to monitor usage for kids, add a data block if needed, or change the plan if required!!! They really need to publish details about this update for foundation accounts with multiple lines!!

Looks like this app is 10 years old

This app needs some serious updating. It looks super old and could run faster like the AT&T personal account app. This app needs to be redesigned so that it mirrors the personal account app. Also having access to your account without signing in when not connected to wifi should be an option. Verizon and T-mobile has it and AT&T needs to get with the program. There should also more options available within the app like the regular AT&T app has. Furthermore not having Touch ID is a big no no. Update the app to include that too!!! I should have the option to turn off stream-saver but I can't even do that. Overall this app is extremely disappointing and if I could give it zero stars I would. Thumbs down AT&T 👎🏻
