Consider other carriers

I have regretted my deal with AT&T for an iPhone purchased at the Apple Store for many months. Firstly, the plans are expensive and inflexible; will be switching to a Walmart or comparable plan asap. Secondly, the customer support is truly terrible. Despite the occasional well meaning rep, AT&T in aggregate have wasted countless hours for us and brought up technicalities, stall tactics, and every other trick in the book. They have sent us phones we didn't ask for then demanded we go through multi week return processes under threat that they'd charge us for devices we did not ask for or wanted. Even when issuing refunds or credits, they have made them contingent on staying with the service for many more additional weeks. They have given us incorrect information in stores then denied doing so on the phone. They have demanded that we go into stores for certain account actions.

If you decide to do business with At&T I would minimally recommend maintaining meticulous records, with confirmation numbers and email trails, so that you could counter absurd statements from them.

Better, but not an app

It's still getting better. The front screen looks good with a nice card view and the 3D Touch is definitely nice. But nothing is different. AT&T are just making appearance changes to make it look better, and not making the "app" actually better. Every time you think it's different, the app simply goes straight to their website rather than having everything in the app itself. It's just a shell. Not impressed at all.
I used to love this "app", but it's not an app. It's just an icon that basically takes you to their website. The thing I loved about Verizon is that they had an app, a proper app that looked good. This is just an app shell that opens their site. It's okay but definitely needs a lot of improvement. Honestly, it's kind of useless.
The new update makes this app so much better. Definitely belongs in iOS 9 and upcoming 10 now. Doesn't look outdated and looks very fresh with the dark background and electric blue ATT logo. Much better. This app also shows you your usage on the home, so you don't have to dig for it. If you have ATT you need this app. {the Touch ID integration is also fantastic for quickly logging in securely}

AT&T - Can you hear me now?

I rarely write reviews, but I've had so many issues since the last update, I feel compelled to write a review. When I opened the app the first time after the update it had me accept a new user license agreement. The next 2 screens show you the new app features with a small 'skip' button in the lower right-hand side of the screen. I selected "skip" and it took me to the login screen. After I entered my sign in info the app crashed. Every time I tried to open the app again the app crashed - couldn't even get to the sign on screen. I closed the app completely several times and re-attempted to open the app, it crashed. After it locked up my phone I had to turn it off and restart my phone and again it crashed. So AT&T, I can't even view my bill, much less pay it. I'm on an iPhone 6s Plus, running higher than 9.0 software. Pls fix the app!!
