We Recommend to Everyone!

I have had AT&T for about 6 months now and have not been disappointed since switching from Sprint. There costumer service has always been patient, polite, and answered all my questions anytime I've needed assistance. And the only time I've need assistance was when I switched my plan and added DirectTV to my account which has made my service even more affordable and enjoyable. I know my family had enjoyed this change as well. The myAT&T App makes handling my account easy. I can spilt payments, make plan adjustments, or view previous payments with ease. Their hasn't been anything on the mobile app that I can't do online. Which is impressive for me considering when I had sprint I was constantly having to call customer service to make changes on my account.

I would highly recommend AT&T to anyone looking for a reliable network, with reasonable pricing, and great customer service. Keep it up AT&T your record speaks for itself.

I love my Att, I have been a customer at least 16 years, with them through the change to Pac Bell and back to Att. I have only been disappointed one time in all the years with this company. During a conversation with a representative to make some changes on service. I was offered a LG tablet and he said it was for $10 a month for like two years and I asked him if my data that I currently have would apply to the tablet he said yes and I asked him several times to clarify that I would not be charged extra data for the tablet and he said that I could share my data well it didn't turn out the way I had to pay separate data and I found out later however because of the misunderstanding AT&T did give me think six months of the $10 data plan free. So they try to make things good. Can't judge the whole tree for one bad apple. Overall I love my service and I'd like the new app for my phone thank you AT&T!

5 Stat Service From Jamil!!!!!

I just tried the live chat, and chatted with a Jamil. The service was easy, fast, and she had great communication skills. To top it off she was able to fix and solve my issue in no time at all. I even had to talk to her supervisor to let him know. I was very impressed and have been a customer since 1989 with the same original cell phone number. The online chat service I received was the best!! I only hope Jamil's supervisor makes sure she get recognized for her outstanding service. Looking forward to keeping the same cell number and being with AT&T another 26 plus years due to the outstanding customer service I received from Jamil. Who I was told she is up for a promotion and I first hand know why, and it's well earned and deserved!! THANKS JAMIL!, and AT&T for the service and easy to use application and here's to many more years of great and dependable service. Thank you!!
