App is totally useless!
This app basically has no functionality. I can't add notes, time entries, expenses, create invoices, etc. because I can't select a case to link them to. Every time I push on the spot to enter a case contact, nothing happens, no option to type or select. It's a totally useless app! They pretty much created the app and haven't bothered to fix any bugs or update it.
This App is a Joke that is not Funny.
One of the reason I chose this case management system was because of the phone app. What a joke. I can't even schedule an event on the calendar. What's the point of a case management system app when you can't add a hearing date while your at the courthouse.
App is useless
I just tried using the iPhone app for the first time in a county of years. I wanted to do a new time entry. The app didn't work at all. Cases couldn't be accessed nor could contacts. Not sure why it's even in the App Store since Mycase obviously has no intention of keeping it up-to-date.
