The Forgot Password feature fails to display the email address the reminder is going to. Documents appear to be PDF but cannot be saved, emailed, opened as PDF, or viewed in landscape mode. The Central website now has no login page and it's almost impossible to figure out that the app is the only way to log in. The basic information is here and is usable but the execution is not great.
By the way, at least several of the other reviews appear to have been submitted by people affiliated with Central Insurance.
I actually really like Central as a company! But come on.
I never have to worry about which vehicle I might be in. This app has all my vehicles in it. Easy to use. Great app!
