At CommonSpirit Health – Mountain Region, we're building healthy communities across Colorado, Kansas and Utah by advancing health equity and innovating how and where healing can happen.
With the MyCommonSpirit - Mountain app, patients and family members can access our patient portal on an iOS device. The app allows patients to:
- View test results, health summaries and when preventive care procedures are due
- Send and receive messages with a provider
- Schedule and confirm upcoming appointments
- View visit summaries for past appointments
- Request and pay for medication refills
- View billing statements and pay balances due
- Track relevant health information, such as weight, through your HealthKit account

Extremely helpful app
UCHealth added a “trending” link to tests (labs) for our reference rather than having to scroll back through multiple results- it’s a fantastic feature and if possible I would HIGHLY recommend it.
They also have an information link on the results of tests. Also helpful when you don’t know what the tests are for and providing education easier than backing out of the app and having to search up the test/procedure.
Your app is very helpful with appointments and contacting the Dr.
Just a few suggestions that are helpful on other apps.
I really like the app
I don’t write many reviews of anything except books, and I have never reviewed an app before. However, I am really happy with this app for the Centura portal and believe it is a breakthrough in giving patients better access and understanding of their medical needs and care. I am old enough that I am app phobic and am shocked that I took the time to learn this app. However, it was surprisingly simple and the app now empowers me to review my medical records and communicate with my doctors. It also regularly alerts me when I need to update prescriptions or visits. And keeps track of my calendar and outstanding payments owed. It has made the somewhat overwhelming world of American healthcare much easier to manage. Thank you.
MyCentura Is the Best 👍🏽
It's easy to navigate, convenient, it holds all of our information, and it has the tools for setting appointments, virtual and urgent appointments, choosing which doctor you want to go too, and viewing your test results as soon as they're received. Also, you can set up text and email notifications for all of the above. Health Images are connected as well. It also provides reminders of medical care you should be receiving!
Love them over all of the rest!
