YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID

DOES Not WORK!!! I called the developer who wrote The software for this app and told them it wasn't working and they told me that it wasn't their problem that I needed to call the hospital! Guess what, I called the hospital and they told me that it is not their problem but the one who's name shows up on the app! The developer told me to go to my computer and go to the website to which I explained, why in the Sam Hill do I need an app for if I'm going to use a computer and go to the website every time I want to sign in?
As I said, "you can't fix stupid"! This developer needs to be banned!!!
YES...I can sign in at the website and have been able to For at least 3 years and I tried to explain this to the developer ( Some lady who kept talking over me while I was trying to explain my problem to her ) and she very plainly told me that it was not their problem… she said they only wrote the software and they're not responsible for its operation. The hospital I use is Shands University Hospital Gainesville Florida. Shands tech department tells me that they are having a lot of complaints with this app! Just look at the rating. I think it speaks for itself!

Works great!

I use the app for epic through Fairview. No major complaints. I've been able to schedule appointments, message my care team and review results without issue. The app does not pull the photo through that the clinic took that is the only thing I've noticed.

Some of the reviews say the clinic has not gotten refill requests and messages. Call your clinic to make sure they have acknowledged them in their end, for kids you need to be enabled as a proxy user before you are able to schedule appointments and message their care team. I use epic for work and we do not have these issues. The only hiccup is they aren't sure what app to use cause it doesn't show the Fairview logo until after it's downloaded and opened, that's it.

Very convenient

I read the complaints that's why I stopped by for my review. I love the App. It works fine. There might be times that it's needed to get on a PC but it's not the developer's fault. When I forgot my pass word I had to call Riverside in Virginia. It's a free App as well. Personally I love it. It's a lot better than waiting on hold for 20 minutes for an appointment. It's wonderful to read your test results and especially to get in touch with your doctor. The ones who blame the developer should consider their medical institution of being at fault or use this App for quick things and get on a PC for more sensitive details. I like to thank the developer for making life easier for me. Plus it has Touch ID.
