needs usability fixes
i’m not able to submit feedback in the app because i get an error saying “you need so set up an email account on your device”. i don’t use the built in ios mail client. the app should let me submit feedback even if i use other email clients.
when i get claims that need my attention the status is just “incomplete” on the list. when i view the claim details, it says “paid, documents nee..” (yes, it just truncates the message and i can’t figure out how to see what the full status is). for this claim i’ve previously uploaded the receipt, so it’s not clear why it seems to say documents needed??
in some cases i re-upload the same document and it goes through and sometimes it goes through with no action by me. it would be great if i could see the exact details of what is needed and/or to ask for clarification in the app of what is needed to close the claim.
App doesn’t give you enough information
I keep getting an Incomplete - Documents Needed on one of my claims. I was asked to submit a receipt with detailed information such as Name of Client, Name of Provider, Date of Service, Type of Service and What I paid. I have submitted the same receipt with all of the required information 3 times and it still says Incomplete. You never get an email or call what is missing or why the receipt is not being accepted. Good luck trying to call in and not be on hold for 30 minutes. Not impressed with the app or service!
Allow flexibility of use!
They say they’re working round the clock to make it work for you, but it doesn’t. Want to make a one-time transfer of funds to HSA but that’s not available. When you try to use your phone to go to the website, it forces a splash screen to download their “marvelous” app, but you can’t get around the splash screen. So I can’t do that functionality from my phone at all! Wonderfully stupid design! Stop forcing users to your way of thinking and allow flexibility of use! Go back to the drawing board!
