myFitness! can be used on the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Listen to your music while working out! Answer a call on your iPhone and then jump right back into myFitness! and continue your workout! Works equally well on all three platforms.
However, once a workout is started you can't stop it. If you put in the wrong info, there is no way to edit anything. You can't delete users. There needs to be a way to make corrections and to stop a workout if needed. Otherwise you have to let it go through all the exercises in the workout and put in made up numbers before you can get to another workout. Then your workout history is not accurate. If there is a way to edit, and I am missing it, let me know. Otherwise it is a great concept and the exercises are different and fun. It really mixes things up. Keeps you moving.
Better than the fitness textbook apps
I started using the Myfitness-App and it's amazing. Its better than all the other fitness apps, I've tried using in the past. It's like a personal trainer in an app, but better than the other programs that are more like a calorie counter or a text book on workouts.
Thank you Amy and the people who helped with this app. I've begun to get back into shape and this has helped alot. Definitely in time for bikini season :P
This is the best fitness app out there. This app not only shows u exactly how to perform the exercise, but stores everything for u resistance/reps, so that u can always go back and see what u have done, therefore u can change it up so that u never hit a plateau . On a scale of 1 to 10 this app is an 11. I highly recommend it no matter what ur fitness level is
