What Our Customers Have Said
“MyFLO is worlds better! I quit using other apps because they didn't offer much more than complicated graphs.”
“MyFLO is such a great resource. Other apps I've tried make it hard to sync your actual cycle with their general cycle.”
“MyFLO blows my other tracker out of the water. I love that I can track my symptoms and the app will notice patterns AND give me advice and assistance!!”
“My FAVORITE PART is the cycle email tips to my significant other. I LOVE it and my boyfriend LOVES it too. The weekly tips for loving me better make him feel like he can win with me, and that's amazing. I recommend this app for this reason alone.”

Best period app I've used, but room for improvement
This is by far the best menstrual cycle app I've used, as it not only tracks when you are bleeding but also the other phases of your cycle and gives tips on how to support your health during those phases. I really enjoy having more information on the specific hormonal interactions that are happening during these phases, and how this affects your energy levels, cognitive strengths, and the foods that will be beneficial. However, I find the food tips to be fairly superficial and limited compared to the information provided in the book (which I've read). The food tips are very brief and it would be much more helpful to have more details (especially since it's not a free app). Also: why doesn't the "sync my partner" feature list the foods they should be cooking for you?!
This is a wonderful starting point for learning about cycle syncing and beginning to tune in to your body through the app's various tracking methods. I think what the app is lacking most is somewhere for users to create a little bit of customization, seeing as how we are all vastly different with individualized needs and experiences! Somewhere to add a custom symptom (even if there were no available "recommendations" associated with it) would be tremendously helpful for digging even deeper into our symptoms/experiences. Also a "notes" section for each day to log even more info (thoughts, feelings, appointments, progress, anomalies etc). I have loved rediscovering the power of my endocrine system through the book and app and hope that very soon the app will be updated and optimized to suit its devoted and enthusiastic users!
Great cycle tracker, could improve features
First of all I really love this app! I was so excited when it came out and it is definitely a winner in terms of the extra cycle info, clear design & usability, specific cycle phase information.
The features I'd like to see added are:
(1) more symptom choices and/or the ability to add your own. We are all different and have different symptoms we'd like to keep track of! Extra flexibility in that regard would mean I use the app everyday instead of as a supplement to other health trackers that are broader and more easily personalized.
(2) add in a 'notes' or 'journal' feature to provide space to jot down notes for ob/gyn, cycle fixes or flo-syncing notes, stuff about diet, etc etc etc -- this could also be a replacement for extra or "add your own" symptoms. Similar functionality can be achieved with a journal feature.
(3) I echo previous comments asking for the tips and cycle info to be more extensive and/or to be updated every once in a while. I like to remind myself of the key ideas as I enter each phase, but rereading the same blurbs gets boring. It would be great to have that content updated sometimes or have more details to dig into when I need a refresher.
Thanks so much for this app!!!!
