What Our Customers Have Said
“MyFLO is worlds better! I quit using other apps because they didn't offer much more than complicated graphs.”
“MyFLO is such a great resource. Other apps I've tried make it hard to sync your actual cycle with their general cycle.”
“MyFLO blows my other tracker out of the water. I love that I can track my symptoms and the app will notice patterns AND give me advice and assistance!!”
“My FAVORITE PART is the cycle email tips to my significant other. I LOVE it and my boyfriend LOVES it too. The weekly tips for loving me better make him feel like he can win with me, and that's amazing. I recommend this app for this reason alone.”

Ratings and Reviews
The most informative & engaging app for women!
had been following Flo-Living prior to using this app, but was having a hard time remembering the recommendations, what-to-eat-when, etc. when on the go and not having the book on-hand. I was tracking my cycle on one app, tracking my mood/symptoms/etc. on another, and also trying to keep track of my food intake somehow. This app is concise, easy to use (not to mention beautifully laid out), and I believe makes women more aware of how to take charge of their health with easy steps. I feel like I am getting an advice from a doctor through a very low-costing app, and trust that advice due to Alisa Vitti’s education and experience. I had been told by multiple doctors that I was likely infertile, had PCOS, and would require extensive medical help to conceive a child. Through following Alisa’s work and recommendations over the past 12 months, not only have I been able to get my period regulated (even to the exact day!), I have been able to learn how to tell when I am ovulating and how to support that. I am off all birth control and now feel that I am in control of my body and mental health. I have lost weight and overcome depression. This app is exactly what I was looking for and find it so helpful and better yet, SIMPLE to use. Thank you, Alisa!
It’s all stock content. Not so useful for well-informed women.
This app may be helpful for about a month, but after you use it for a month you will realize that all the content is stock and will simply repeat over and over. Moreover, the app does not allow you to enter your basal body temperature, which is pretty key for tracking your cycle and fertility. Alisa Vitti has some good ideas, but this is essentially a money making app, which suggests buying more expensive “programs” to fix your “symptoms". The app will “figure out” if you have certain issues with your cycle/hormones, based on very little information and a non-customizable chart of 4 period phases. The 4 period phases are correct and the issues could be correct as well, but the app goes on very little information. Also, the app does not allow for any flexibility after you input your initial info (say, if your cycle is shorter or longer one month, it will treat it as a problem, instead of a one-time issue). The app also does not allow for the phases to vary in length each month, a problem that could be easily solved by adding the ability to track one’s BBT. Only by tracking that it’s possible to pinpoint an approximate date for ovulation. So, I would not recommend it as it is, and would hope that the app improves with time.

Thank you for your feedback! These are great suggestions and we have a lot of these issues in consideration right now. We are working on allowing users to add their own notes, symptoms and track their body temperature. We are also taking the pricing of the programs into consideration to make them more affordable for users. If you have any further suggestions feel free to email email@example.com!
Good Enough, Could Use Improvement
I like this app enough to recommend it, but I don’t LOVE it, and it’s not everything I could ask for in an app- sometimes I feel like the wording of what my “symptoms” are is alarmist, when I know there’s nothing wrong. Why yes, I have experienced “spotting” as a symptom often in my cycle- it’s always right before or right after my period- I do not have PCOS or endometriosis, thank you so kindly. That could be VERY disconcerting for a woman who’s just starting out in her self-awareness for cycles and I find that troubling. There’s room for improvement in the “this is totally normal” pop-ups, which as far as I’ve seen are scarce if not entirely nonexistent.
I like the detail of what you can add to what’s going on with you in the day, and I also really like the recommendations for different stages of your cycle.
I do really wish there was a place to note changes that weren’t specifically about my period but are about vaginal health. There’s nowhere to put in data about a potential infection, which could totally mess with your cycle, or anywhere to mark down having sex more than once in a day, which could also help if you’re trying to conceive, or just keep track!
All in all, I give it a 5 out of 10, which I can only show as a 3 out of 5 here.
