Good idea, clunky execution
App decides whether I’m still logged in at random. Sometimes while using the app. Other times I exit and come back to the app later without logging in. Please offer the user the option to stay logged in. Then actually STAY LOGGED IN.
Poor back end communication. When trying to top up I got many errors related to the “webpage” not loading. Killed the app and started over. Had to login to PayPal twice in a row to continue with payment (???) then it apparently failed at the final step but in reality my payment went through (thank you PayPal app for the notification).
FLOW I have a simple piece of advice... The easier it is for people to give you money, the more money they will give you! Make it frustrating and they’ll put it off and get to it later. Do yourself a favor and improve your app!!
Continued Improvement Needed
Good on Flow for continuing to upgrade the app and work out the bugs as they come up. The app has come a long way. However, like other reviewers, I’ve noticed that with the latest version I’m not able to see an overview of my usage. The preview screenshots in the App Store show diagrams that indicate how much minutes, data etc is left. However in my app I am only able to see individual usage activities, not totals. This is not useful to me as a user looking to check my remaining data or minutes for the month (I could see it being useful for bill queries). The current usage page also never loads. Please keep improving and fix these issues also.
Slow service, no service
I'm trying to understand why the engineers and service men are taking more than three yearstovset up my tv, home phone and internet bundle. They move like snails. No concern for bringing in more service for company. Over three years for a port in a neighborhood that has them already just needs more. How soon secure my home without a phone line. Very disappointed with constants signal fluctuations. The app is almost always down or says it's linked something that won't show. Really poor service all round. Do better by your customers, please.
