The App is Great. Which is not reflective of typical frontier services and support.

Frankly, this app works fairly well that is why the 4 stars. But this not reflective of typical frontier services and support. Billing and customer service/ tech support is all over the place. I have to call monthly because our bill keeps going up, one or more of the services don't work etc. Calling in is a nightmare. Be prepared to spend 2 hours + on the phone. Be prepared to get 'disconnected' and have to call back. They will ask for your number just in case the call gets disconnected but no one has ever called back.
I just checked my bill and it is up $40 again. Not looking forward to spending the better part of my weekend time off dealing with that. Like someone else said in their review - you can't get that time back. I've taken notes on most of my calls and what has happened. I'm not litigious but someone needs to sue them. What they have done and continue to do to customers is terrible. We left frontier over a year ago, went to TWC. That was fine. Then, foolishly believing that Frontier had stabilized and customer service was much improved and they were offering competitive rates we were lured back. Big mistake. What a waste of time and effort. This is a horrible relationship.

Negative stars if possible.

First, changed my last name because I got married. They end up creating a whole new account. Sent me 2 bills for both accounts, one with a credit and one saying I owe $470! They cancelled my auto pay because they cancelled that account. Called them the 1st time and customer service just pushed me over to collections to a guy who was coughing over the phone, laughter and giggling in the background, and not even trying to understand what was going on, just trying to collect money that I didn't even owe! Finally called again, customer service send me to collections AGAIN, I stay on the phone with a guy who keeps repeating himself and telling me Info I already know, then, after 35-40 mins he finally says I need to talk to billing to resolve this. OMG. I am now waiting for the billing department to pick up (it's now at least 20min, I'm still waiting). What a hassle! What an inconvenience! And on top of That, the app doesn't even load ANYTHING! What a big fail. The only good thing now the collections guy I spoke with is now really trying to resolve the issue. But over an hour on the phone and this whole mix up, shouldn't have happened. Why couldn't they just stay Verizon.

I came I experienced and now it's time to go

First off I have written very little reviews in my life since I am normally calm and try to find reason in things. But Since the first day of this hilarious switch, I was having problems, I could no longer disable 5g or create a temporary hotspot for guest like neighbors that come over that you don't want to give your wifi password to. My speeds have been slow since the switch so the whole thing about everything staying the same is not true. . And today marked the day when I lost all hope. Mom came over and was doing some gardening work outside and she accidentally cut the fiber line, it's fine I call I know it will cost me and then the rep told me that I would have to wait 4 days until someone could come check it out. How can you tell someone you have to wait 4 days to get there service back. What if I work from home, what if I'm a YouTuber and I make my money from uploading game play. If you can't have enough employees to handle the Verizon cust why in the living hell did you buy the contracts of all the cust. I'm gonna be switching and I triple ultra dog dare you to try to charge me a early termination fee.💩💩💩
